Johann Joachim Quantz’s Concerto for Flute in G minor QV 5: 193 is presented here in an edition by Klaus Burmeister for flute and piano. Quantz (1697-1773) was an extremely prolific composer for the flute, writing about 300 concertos plus a number of sonatas and trios.
