The Fullbore Metal Distortion guitar effects pedal amplifies your guitar signal with ultra-high gain. It’s complemented by an integrated Noise Gate that eliminates the noise from high gain levels. The pedal also enhances the definition and tightness of syncopated metal riffs.

The MXR Fullbore Metal Distortion pedal can be powered by a 9-volt battery, a Dunlop ECB003 9-volt adapter, or the DC Brick, Iso-Brick, and Mini Iso-Brick power supplies (not included).

• VOLUME knob controls the overall effect volume
• FREQ knob selects the midrange frequency (200Hz to 5KHz) that is adjusted by the MID control
• GAIN knob controls the overall amount of distortion
• GATE button activates the noise gate
• SCOOP button boosts highs and lows (EQ still functional)
• LOW knob controls the amount of low end
• MID knob controls the amount of midrange selected by the FREQ control
• HIGH knob controls the amount of high end
• FOOTSWITCH toggles effect on/bypass (blue LED indicates on)
